There have been some alerts from time to time related to the kafka consumer lag.

• investigate if there is an increased backlog with retries for revscoring model servers
• if there many retries we can check if we can use multiprocessing for these model servers as done with articlequality.

The purpose of this task is to figure out if we need to take any action, so in this case a follow-up task will be opened.
