Description

https://idm.wikimedia.org/signup/ should link to documentation on what a developer account is, what they're used for, etc. https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Developer_account seems to be the best developer account landing page we have at the moment. Using a "Wikimedia" logo instead of a "Wikimedia Foundation" logo might be useful to reduce confusion too.
