Diff changed <ref>{{Cite web|title=Hoary Alyssum {{!}}|url=... to <ref name="Hoary Alyssum {{!"/>

What should have happened instead?:
<ref>{{Cite web|title=Hoary Alyssum {{!}}|url=... be changed to <ref name="Hoary Alyssum"/>
