Description

Current Situation:
The board Wikibase Release Strategy is the board of the former wikibase suite team. There are feature requests fomr the community as well as bug reports and other thoughts and plans that the former team did not have time to get to.

Goal:
Acknowledge the ideas of the former team as well as the requests from the community.

Acceptance Criteria:

tickets on board Wikibase Release Strategy have been sorted out and we have decided which ones:
- involve product decisions
- may be relevant for the current team
- are obsolete and/or irrelevant and, therefore, closed

I went through all the tickets and:

closed the ones I know are obsolete/irrelevant/superseeded
added Wikibase Suite Team and/or Product-Feature tags to the ones I am confident they need it

Next Step:

I need an engineer from the team to go through the tickets in the board that have no Wikibase Suite Team tag and
- close the obsolete/irrelevant ones
- add Wikibase Suite Team tag to the ones still relevant for the team either short of long term
