Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where): Toolsadmin has a notification system, but alerts have to be marked read one at a time. A button to mark all as read would be very useful.

Do not describe only a solution): Making a tool results in a notification, even though I am aware I made a tool. Over time, these can stack up and be a bit annoying to clean up.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?): Easy to manage a lot of notifications.
