Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Click "Edit Source".
- Click "Images and media" image icon.
- Click "Upload" button.
- Check "This is my own work", and click "Upload" button.
- Enter Description and click "Save" button.
What happens?:
File upload shows up in Recent changes without any edit summary.
What should have happened instead?:
The description should show up as an edit summary.
