Our CI pipeline uses Debian Buster as the base for the docker-tox image. This ships with a deprecated version of Python (and Debian isn't to fresh it self).

Can we build a new image, based on Bookworm and a non-deprecated Python version? I have few project we can use for testing, if required.

This probably needs to be named differently and then projects can migrate as they get ready.
