Request for regional language code ha-ne on Lexemes

Description

The Hausa Latin alphabet used in Niger differs slightly from that of Nigeria and other countries. This request is to enable to the ha-ne code on Lexemes in order to distinguish these spellings.

Example: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Lexeme:L579558

ha-x-Q1032 is to be replaced with ha-ne

Works on "my" test item https://wikidata.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Q526807 , see near the end of the monolingual section. Please test it for Lexemes too. Thanks.
