Following a vote (see https://lt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vikipedijos_aptarimas:Bendruomen%C4%97#Balsavimas), we decided to install FlaggedRevs extension on Lithuanian Wikipedia.

All users with at least 5000 edits should be automatically assigned reviewer rights. All edits made by anonymous and non-autoconfirmed users should be marked as unreviewed, while those made by autoconfirmed users should be automatically reviewed.
