Project Name: dwl
Type of quota increase requested: cpu/ram/instance count
Amount to increase: 48 CPUs, 63.2 GB RAM, 1 instance
Reason: We temporarily need room for the migration of 4 instances from Buster to Bookworm.

Current quota: 8 instances, 81 CPUs, 218.8 GB RAM
Migration quota: 9 instances, 129 CPUs, 282 GB RAM
Minimum post-migration quota: 5 instances, 65 CPUs, 138 GB RAM

It turns out that the quota increase is actually not needed anymore. If you wish you can instead decrease the quota to 5 instances, 65 CPUs and 138 GB RAM (= 141,312 MB!).

Thanks for offering to have your quotas lowered! At the moment you are using 81 CPUs so I'm leaving your quotas as they are. If you want to delete things and re-open this ticket that would be great.

I have deleted the last Buster instance.
