Projects should have one canonical issue tracker instead of numerous places leading to fragmentation and making planning more complicated.
Please clarify if GitHub or Phabricator is used as the canonical issue tracker.

However, https://github.com/wikimedia/drafttopic/commit/7ff9313f4a5de4730968f37947973b7f4674f64b per T349632 implies that this will get archived in the long run anyway - is there a timeframe when drafttopic could get undeployed (I assume it is deployed per T176336) and archived? Thanks!
