The Moderator Tools team aims to take over maintenance responsibilities of MediaWiki-Recent-changes from the Growth-Team. Before we do this we want our engineers to get a chance to look over the codebase and feel familiar with it, since we currently have little-to-no familiarity.

We should also look at MediaWiki-Watchlist code - if the two extensions are very similar or strongly overlapping (both - among other things - display a feed of edits with the same filtering UI), we may want to take both.
