Implementing the translation tool (Special:ContentTranslation) on the French Wikinews

There are very few of us who maintain Wikinews in French, and all it takes is for one of us to be away from the keyboard and the others to be lazy for the home page to be stuck with articles that are more than a month old (currently February 2024).

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):

The translation tool would be very useful for keeping up with the news quickly, without too much effort, and even when we're short of inspiration.
