Blocked subnet affects another different IP address on Romanian Wikipedia

Description

What happens?: The IP address 86.127.67.219 appears to the current user as blocked by me and the block expires on May 8, 2024 17:23 (EEST). But the address does not appear in the block log, not even at /18. The only match by date is at 109.166.128.0/18, but it's a different subnet.

If this is reported by the blocked user, this may be because of cookie block, and will gone if browser cookie is cleared.

@Bugreporter do you have a link to the docs for that feature? It still sounds like a bug to me to report a different block, but it might be just cosmetic.
