Description

There are certain paid Elastic features that we never had an opportunity to use, due to WMF's licensing policy. X-Pack is the first thing that comes to mind, but there may be others.

Creating this ticket to:

Research features that are available in Opensearch but not in the free version of Elasticsearch
Decide which ones we want to test, if any
Create follow-up tickets for testing
