Switching between UTC and local time does not shift datapoints between days. Instead, it only wraps around within a given day. For example, a circle that is at 0:00 on Monday in UTC should move to 19:00 on Sunday for timezone UTC-5 (currently it stays on Monday), and a circle at 20:00 Wednesday in UTC should move to 4:00 on Thursday for timezone UTC+8 (currently it stays on Wednesday).
