This appears stuck until the github issue is resolved. Upgrading the install in place does not seem to remedy the issue either. The issue appears in the 3.1.2 version of superset. Installing fresh does not seem to show the same issue.

This error still appears in an upgrade from superset 3.1.1 (helm chart 0.12.7) to 4.0.1 (helm chart 0.12.11). Noted on github.
