I am running an edit-a-thon at the SRBR 2024 conference (https://srbr.org/2024-biennial-meeting/) called "Chronobiology Wikithon SRBR 2024" on 18th May 2024 between 16:10 AST and 17:30 AST for between 100 and 150 attendees. This will be editing pages on en.wikipedia.org. I have prompted users to sign up for Wikipedia accounts before the event and set up a dashboard for the event (https://outreachdashboard.wmflabs.org/courses/SRBR/Chronobiology_Wikithon/home) in case I need to create accounts on the day. I would like to request a temporary IP cap lift to cover the time of the Wikithon as a contingency, as the dashboard has frequently been closed due to number of users in the last days, which will majorly disrupt the event if it occurs on the day.
