In T353622, we moved revscoring services to use the transparent config, so we can avoid the use of mw-api-int-ro.discovery.wmnet in our env variable and use en.wikipedia.org or other wiki sites directly. We plan to transition all models to the transparent config eventually.

Before proceeding with this task, we first need to address the redirect issue (see T363725).
