Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Go to https://archive.org/details/dixiana-4-k
- Right-click on the MPEG4 link and save 3.5 GB https://archive.org/download/dixiana-4-k/Dixiana_4K.mp4 locally. Wait (in my case 17 minutes at effectively ~7.4 Mbps)
- Try to upload it at https://videocuttool.wmcloud.org/
What happens?:
An error message flashed and disappeared.
What should have happened instead?:
The error message should have stayed visible for troubleshooting purposes, or the file should have uploaded and been manipulable.

Through a screenshot of my attempt on the latest Chrome on the latest Windows 10, I was able to get the text of the error message, as follows:
