The mentioned message contains two links to translatable pages. They are, however, included without a Special:MyLanguage prefix so that when translator wants to properly translate the message, there's a complaint about links not matching between source and translation.

This is just a warning but it would be easier if there was a Special:MyLanguage, so that translators are aware that the linked page is not English-only.
