Change redirect target of sep11.wikipedia.org
Open, Needs TriagePublic

Description

Currently sep11.wikipedia.org redirects to https://web.archive.org/web/20030315000000*/http://sep11.wikipedia.org/wiki/In_Memoriam

at least that should be https://web.archive.org/web/20030413072718/http://sep11.wikipedia.org/wiki/In_Memoriam to point to the content of the site rather than a list of snapshots.

It would also make more sense IMO to go further and point to the most recent snapshot of the site rather than a 2003 version. That appears to be https://web.archive.org/web/20090918092809/http://www.sep11memories.org/wiki/In_Memoriam (sep11memories.org was hijacked by spammers between 2009 and 2011)

It would make sense to me to link to a specific version rather than a list of snapshots.

But I disagree that it should have a relation to www.sep11memories.org

As far as I know that domain name isn't operated by WMF and sep11.wikipedia.org should show what that wikipedia.org subdomain once was, not be redirected to something that only started to exist later and/or is hosted by a different entity.

From ~2007 to ~2011 sep11.wikipedia.org was a redirect to sep11memories.org. That's why I proposed that target.
