A project that helps Wikimedia volunteers monitor all links added to Wikimedia projects via the Telegram group. The idea is similar to the #cvn-sw-spam channel in IRC.

As far as I know Striker should allow self-service for Toolforge repositories, so you could create this yourself as a subproject under https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/tools/ ?
