Description

Steps to replicate the issue:

View a vanishing request from Special:GlobalRenameQueue

What happens?:
globalrenamequeue-request-movepages (Move user pages) is not checked.

What should have happened instead?:
globalrenamequeue-request-movepages is checked by default - the same as a normal rename request
