English wikibooks project already have a Wikijunior namespace.
French wikibooks also need theses namespaces with also the same alias (WJ) :
namespace 110: Wikijunior WJ
namespace 111: Wikijunior_talk
(see https://fr.wikibooks.org/wiki/Wikilivres:Prise_de_d%C3%A9cision/Espace_de_nom_Wikijunior)
Also we request to have a WL alias for the Wikilivres namespace 4.

Seems odd that wgSitename is not Wikilivres? anyway, if you do want to do that, please propose, establish consensus, and file a new bug.
I'm assuming that Wikijunior_talk should in fact be Discussion_Wikijunior. (for the canonical NS name) Anyway, adding an alias for Wikijunior_talk just in case. (if you really do want Wikijunior_talk then say so and that can be done...)
