ndash replacement of an ASCII dash between two numbers fails to occur if there
are no spaces and the numbers are wikilinks.

2004-2005 gets ndash
[[2004]] - [[2005]] gets ndash
[[2004]]-[[2005]] retains ASCII dash

I've removed the automatic dash conversion for now; perhaps in some future parser that actually
works in a clean fashion this can be done without breaking other markup left and right.
