(This was originally requested at [[m:Non-development tasks for
developers#vi.wikibooks: Localized interface]] back in October.)

The Vietnamese Wikibooks (vi:) still uses an English interface. There isn't yet
a localization file for Vietnamese; however, the Vietnamese Wikipedia already
has a majority of the messages translated. It would make our lives a lot easier
if the Vietnamese Wikipedia messages were imported into the Vietnamese Wikibooks
en masse. Since I'm a sysop at both wikis, I'll then go into Wikibooks and
customize some of the messages, replacing "Wikipedia" with "Wikibooks", etc.
