I created the [[barycentric coordinate]] redirect page. 20 minutes later,
a link to it was still red after reloading. Clicking on the red link took
me to the "editing barycentric coordinate" page. The redirect I had put
there was visible -- it was as if I were editing an already existing page,
but when I saved the edit, I just got the notice that the page does not yet
exist, and reloading didn't change that.

This has become a frequent occurrence in the last ten days or so, and not
only with new pages. It seems edits become visible only an hour or two
later, even though the edit history and the "diff" key behave as if the
editing has been done.
