Fedora guidelines recommend that all non-compiled files are copied to the target system with their original timestamps intact. Apparently zimlib's install does not use the -p (switch? option?) for preservation.

The whole compilation system has been changed (we use now meson/ninja) for the libzim. I suspect this bug is not valid anymore therefore. Please reopen it if needed.
