Selective undeletion confuses caching of history display.

Description

Author: minorityreport

Description:
This caching bug shows up in 1.4.7 and 1.5 and is "fixed" if the editor sets
misc->Disable page caching.

With page caching enabled, create an article and edit to make a second version.
Delete the article then undelete the older version. Then undelete the newer
version. Only one version appears in the stale history list, and a stale
undeletion link appears.

Alternatively (see screenshots on bug 2984) the page history may go stale,
showing both versions, after only the older version has been undeleted.
