Edit/Move for wiki entry 'Jack brown' to 'Jack Brown' (for example) results in
an error message that source and target are the same and the move is not
performed. One can simulate a move operation by creating the new entry with the
contents of the old entry and replacing the existing contents of the old entry
with a redirect.
