Description:
Edit/Move for wiki entry Jack_brown to Jack_Brown (for example) results in an
error message that source and target are the same and the move is not performed.
One can simulate a move operation by creating the new entry with the contents of
the old entry and replacing the existing contents of the old entry with a redirect.
