Hi. I think it would be handy to have a "Block this user" link in the toolbox on the
left (in the Monobook skin) when the user is an admin and is viewing a user page (or
user contributions etc. - whichever pages have the "user contributions" link). It's
altogether too much trouble having to go to [[Special:Blockip]] to block a user,
especially when you are dealing on RC patrol with a flood of vandals.
