Template:Measurement-stub is used on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RFC_822. Like all stub templates, this builds up an "edit" link thus:
[{{SERVER}}{{localurl:{{NAMESPACE}}:{{PAGENAME}}|action=edit}} expanding it]Unfortunately, when the PAGENAME is of the form "RFC ..." (and presumably ISBN, etc.), then the autolinking of those expressions produces a malformed
result:
