Description:
In MediaWiki 1.6alpha the Amethyst skin ignores <center> tags.

Cause: the <center> tags are here part of the wiki markup language (and not XHTML) since MediaWiki translates them to <div class="center">. Now
there's no definition of class center in the Amethyst CSS and therefore no centering happens.

Fix: copy the definition (where it says /* emulate center */) from monobook/main.css to amethyst/main.css.
