Redirects to itself show now as blue links; they should not because they did not
show in the past (as far as I can remember).

This is a new behaviour.

As far as I remember I never made a redirect to itself. "redirect to tiself" are
a source of errors especially for newbies or unskilled contributors.

Maybe the bug should be ropened and changed to a enhancement request.
