Description:
When a page gets deleted that a user is watching, it should show up as a
deletion entry in the watchlist like it would in the deletion log. Sometimes
users did not know an article they watched was deleted until they realise it
months later. Having it show as a deletion entry would avoid leaving users in
the dark.
