[[Special:Undelete]] doesn't contain "check all" and "check none" links, which
can often be useful when trying to undelete some versions and keep others
deleted. This would help. There are ways around it using javascript bookmarks,
but this way makes it easier when it's needed.

I've attached a patch that I've confirmed works with a 1.5.6 test installation;
I don't have access to test it on other branches, but it should work similarly.
