Description:
Since tonight I'm getting the following error message on my wiki:

Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: Permission denied in Unknown on line 0
Warning: Unknown: Failed opening '/usr/home/phpinc/web/index.php' for inclusion
(include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in Unknown on line 0

Obviously, Mediawiki is trying to include a file that does not exist on my
server. I've upgraded from 1.5RC4 to 1.5.6 keeping the same LocalSettings.php.
