Description:
Current Setup for internal company use: Windows Server 2003, PHP 5.1.2 and MySQL 5.0
using IIS 6.

When entering the Login Page, there is an error message:

Notice: Undefined index: REQUEST_URL in
<DRIVE>:wiki\mediawiki\includes\WebRequest.php on line 284

The error doesn't seem to affect the ability to login or create accounts, but it
could confuse users.

(note: <DRIVE> being some letter)
