MediaWiki:Categoryarticlecount variable $1 receives the numer of articles shown on the page, not the acticle count
of the category. The acticle count of the category is unavalable.
The same holds for MediaWiki:subcategorycount.

Suggestion: supply more parameters so as to make messages possible like:
"showing 200 articles from # 401 to # 600 of overall 782 article in category."
