Description:
I installed Wikimedia 1.6.6 recently and tried to create a custom group according to this page :
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:User_rights#Managing_group_rights

Adding a statement such as to LocalSettings.php :
$wgGroupPermissions['ninja']['bot'] = true;

After replacing the file on my web site and going into Special:Userrights, the new group does not
appear.

Note : The only change I've carried out is to add the PHPBB User Database Plugin.
