Implement:
- A preference for each user called "see_sigs"
- Have all sig markers expand to 2 divs, first the default sig, second their
obnoxious sig.
e.g. <span class="defaultsig">default</span><span class="usersig">usersig</span>
- Have the user preference tweak their per-user css, which tweaks "display:
none" on whatever class is appropriate.
This would allow users to decide not to see custom sigs provided people don't go
back and edit the expansion.
