Description

Mark setup a new gcal for tracking maint windows and contract dates.
We've already started updating it for the maint windows, but not contracts.
This is a tracking ticket to ensure we are continually annoyed by this lack of
info until someone gets all the contract information and updates it.
Ideally we should list all contracts in here, so whoever does the final update
doesn't miss any.
