Description:
There are templates that got transcluded only on certain time/day/week/year ex:
{{Foo/{{CURRENTDAY}} {{CURRENTMONTHNAMEGEN}}}}. But other than those certain
time, the template became "unusedtemplates". Perhaps there should be a magic
word placed on those templates in order to inform core engine to exclude the
templates from special:unusedtemplates on all time.
