Description:
When a block using the new block types ('Block anonymous users only' and
'Prevent account creation') is made, the entry in Special:Ipblocklist is made in
the format:

blocked <USER/IP> (contribs) (expires <DATE>, <account creation blocked or anon.
only>)

However, block log entries are made without the block type. It shows the length,
blocker, and blockee, but does not show if the account creation or anon only
statuses are set.
