Description:
For instance in
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:U.S._Highways_in_Pennsylvania the two
routes with categories are separate - there should be a way to combine the two
lists. It would probably be best to use something like NOSEPARATE in the
wikicode for the category.
