[Special:Watchlist] - botflag "b" not shown

Description

The MediaWiki message [[MediaWiki:rcnote]] is used on [[Special:Watchlist]] and
[[Special:Recentchanges]]. But the botflag "b" is shown on the RC only, not on
the watchlist. Please show the the botflag on the watchlist too or divide the
message into 2 different messages.

Same problem now with an explanation for the diff counter: On RC active, but not
on the watchlist. See Bug 8331 too.
