https://tools.wmflabs.org/videoconvert/index.php loads resources from bootstrapcdn.com, which is against the Wikimedia privacy policy and the Labs terms of use unless there is a clear disclaimer.

It seems to be a single CSS file, so you should probably store it in tools static.
