Description

The app is expanding to be more generic for reviewing things other than IEG grant campaigns and thus we would like to make the url more generic.

The least disruptive way to do this is probably to add a seocndary name to the existing vhost and adjust the varnish forwarding rules. The iegreview name can be deprecated as a separate step after things are working correctly on the new host name.
